Last Tango is a comedy, which deals with the problems of today’s society in a satirical manner.
After four years spent in the hospital, the characters Franja and Debevc end up in the kitchen of a restaurant. Franja cleans and cooks and Debevc becomes a director. He directs a play which turns out to be a success. 
The performance is an extension of a sitcom Naša Mala Klinika.
