We will learn about sports played on grass (hockey, football, rugby, and cricket), play table tennis, row on rowing simulators and ride a pony! Organized by the Žofica online store, children aged 4 to 8 can also participate in two bicycle races on July 1st and 8th, and every day U1Fun will enable them to learn about one of the new sports—slackline.

CreAction – festival of production and creation
Vesna Gomboc
24.VI.–9.VII., 10.00-13.00 and 16.00-20.00

Toys of the world
Every culture has its games and toys that bring joy during free time and help educate in a playful way. We are getting to know cultures from around the world and making table, adventure, and puzzle games, creating sport and circus props, and testing ourselves in yard games that were played in the past.

Eco Art
Every day we dispose of many things that could still be used with some imagination. By using various packaging for new creations, we call attention to the importance of separating waste and in the eco-corner you can get leaflets and practical advice on maintaining a clean and healthy environment. Organizations that work for a better tomorrow will present themselves in a creative way.

Puppets in the park
By making puppets we learn about different world cultures. Visit the world of Hawaiian and Bunraku puppets, play with hand, finger, and shadow puppets or make your very own marionette. You can have fun in the mini theater and enjoy the shows you produce.

Remoda
Remoda is an open studio for four thematically related workshops (clothing, accessories, jewellery, and hats). The participants circle the workshops and take part in a fashion makeover from hat to shoe. REMODA promotes a different attitude towards used and forgotten fashion products which, with some skill and imagination, can be transformed into unique creations.

ART RIPENS – Fine Arts Festival
Alja Krofl • Mateja Kuhar
24. VI. – 9. VII., 10.00-13.00 and 16.00-20.00

Art ripens ideas as the sun ripens cherries. Art ripens with painting – applying color scale in a rainbow landscape, mimicking nature or fantasy images that calm the spirit and connect the dreamers. Art ripens with sculpture – the touch of coarse wood, smooth stone or wet clay; emotions take us to unconscious depth and inspire us to create.
